2. RETURN POLICY
- Refund or replacement of unused products may be made within 10 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Special Orders purchase request can be changed or cancelled and refunded within 3 days from the date of the request.
- Money refunds are not applicable during sale, promotions, and special offers, Products can be replaced with other products for the equivalent of the value or higher.
- Replacement or change of unused products during the period of sale, promotions and special offers goods can be done within 5 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Products that cannot be returned or replaced:
- Bed linen (sheets, quilts, pillows, pillow covers).
- Used bed mattresses.
- Custom-made products (eg sofas, chairs, bedrooms).
- Products that have been modified, changed or washed.
